How do I resolve "softwear exception (0xe0434352)" issue?

Help greatly appreciated to remove/resolve this pop up message: avpui.exe - Application Error: "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x759f845d."

PS... I'm no computer wiz but I think it may have something to do with Kaspersky Total Security ???
