W7 Won't Boot - "Boot sector for system disk partition is corrupt."

My windows 7 computer won't boot and I'm not getting any options to fix it.

I inserted my Windows install disk to attempt to repair my computer.

System Recovery Options showed up and for some reason my computer can't find any system images.

I attempted Startup Repair and got the error message "startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically"

I viewed the diagnostic details and it said

Code:
Root cause found:
----------------------------
Boot sector for system disk partition is corrupt.

Repair action: Boot sector rapair
Result: Failed: Error code = 0x490
So now I don't know what to do, any help is appreciated greatly.
