ETB User Denied Your Disconnect Request When Nobody is Logged on

At first, when I attempt to logon I get the message "Another user is currently logged on to this computer. If you continue, this user has to disconnect from this computer. Do you want to continue?" When I click Yes, I keep getting the error as stated in the title "MYCOMPUTERNAME\ETB User denied your disconnect request". Nobody is logged on and this is after a restart. This issue seems to happen a lot for some reason and I can never log into my computer. Also, I am not sure what the username ETB even is, is it some system admin type thing? It does this for both RDP and simply at the computer itself.

I couldn't get a picture of the final error because it finally decided to finally login. This error is intermittent but it happens too often and I need a solution. Any ideas?

    Thank you everyone in advance!

I did not see this before, thank you for sending the link. I guess that makes sense what the username is, "ETB" = EaseUS Todo Backup. I will look into the article and get back to you if it works out.

In the mean time, thank you Roy!

I applied what it said to do, but now that I've done so and removed it as a "Member of Administrators" will that screw up the auto backup system of Easeus Todo Backup?
