Still missing icons

    Still missing icons


    I tried those steps and it did not work so I did again after a restart and see that I am missing those two things that are deleted. I assume they should regenerate after a restart but are not. Any thoughts? Below are the return messages in the command prompts when I enter each individually.

    I get "Could Not Find C:Users\ekrass\AppData\Local\IconCache.db" and "Could Not Find C:Users\ekrass\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\iconcache*"

Hello, Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I just registered. For the past few days, I've noticed the icons from the startup menu starting to go missing. Programs like Paint, Skype, Microsoft Office suite aren't there. I tried using the search bar but they're not there either....
Missing Icons - NEED HELP

This has happened on a few of my programs, infact, so many of them. I've taken a print screen of one of them just to show you what the settings are like. The permissions and dialouge boxes are exactley the same on every program. Any help would be much appreciated.
