Win is dragging and so is the brouser after laptop is on for a while
This is a Dell Inspiron 3541 laptop OS Win 7 32bit. Manufacture date is 2014 and there is a refurbished sticker on the bottom. By the way the internet connection is DSL from Frontier Communications. I have cooling fans under the laptop. When I 1st turn on the laptop cold everything is fine. After a while Windows starts to drag down speed wise and so does Firefox. I also tried Google Chrome and it starts to drag down also after a while. I ran malware cleaner and spybot. Nothing along those lines were found. Zone Alarm is doing a good job at catching virus and so on. But when I go to click on a button in a web page, lets say to download something, ether I get a redirect, or a new tab openings, to something that has nothing to do with what I am after. Sometimes to get rid of the redirect I have to shut down the browser and in an extreme case I have to drop the wifi connection before the browser will start responding again. So far it is just a big annoyance. I have tried what I know to fix this short of whipping the partition, re-format the HD and reinstalling everything.
