Windows 7: Trying to set up a shcedualed task from the cmd line- failed.

Trying to set up a shcedualed task from the cmd line- failed.

This is starting to bug the heck out of me. Here is the line I have so far:
SCHTASKS /Create /RU SYSTEM /NP /SC ONLOGON /TN SETUP /TR C:\windows\system32\calc.exe /Z

This fails with:
ERROR: The task XML is missing a required element or attribute.

What task XML? I didn't mention any XML in the line, because I don't know anything about the XML format. What's going on, here? This is the last of a series of errors I had to resolve, and did, but this is as far as I could get, and I'm stuck. I don't have any XML's, so what am I supposed to do? I took the calc example straight from the SCHTASKS /Create /? info output, so what gives?
