Alternative way to switch between kb languages?

Hey!
I am wondering is there some other way to switch between kb languages just like the windows has this ability, but not to change the language on itself when i switch to other window or program?

In short windows has that great function, but so far i didnt find a solution that prevents windows to change the language on itself when i switch to other window(which has its own language different from the default language) or a program.

I would like when i switch to Bulgarian kb language (thats coze im from Bulgaria ) it sticks to that language no matter what i am doing, or switching to no matter what window or program.

For me this is very annoying automatic "helper", its hard to call it "function that helps the ordinary user"

For a month im looking for a solution, but so far nothing comes that really works.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi babavuna,

If im reading this correctly

You want a Bulgarian version of windows,

If so, run this tool, copy/paste the output and we'll go from there

In Windows 7, it gave you an option to switch over to other language if you have mutliple languages. For example you could press CTRL plus zero for a certain language so that it would go to that language. How do you do that on W8?

Hub vs Switch vs Router/ 2 Switch Story
I understand that a hub is more like a party line, where all devices hear and read data before sending it to next port, and a switch is advanced hub. But, what is a router. I know what a wireless router is, but they say a router is more advanced than a switch. Can you buy a non-wireless router? ...
