Help, slow preformance and many utilities shows error message on start

    Hello good people,
My old father has a WIN7 Ultimate sp1 [32bit] installed on his computer, and it recently makes tons of problems. First, it is surprisingly slow (he only uses a browser, some Skype)—not only webpages loads very slow, but when I hit the right-click on the Start/globe icon, for example, it can take the computer 15 sec to open the menu. Anything we do take times and it’s a joke. I wanted to install4 more RAM but the computer-store guy said to buy SSD drive, if anything.

On top of that, it started showing a warning message –about “BINGSVC.EXE has stopped working.” I read it might be a virus and/or linked to Bing service [also a kind of Malware for me], but I was afraid to download spooky “antimalware” software [Malebytes and AdvacnedIO and CC did nothing] so I stupidly deleted all Bing folders. Now, it turns out I don’t have previous restore points [although I was sure I will-the service si on and I’ created 10 such points in the past], plus I don’t have the [not sure if legal] OS disk.
Now I got Many NEW error messages showing up: AI SUITE II, EPU HELP, AI SUITE II (with resp. notes about the utility name) and others. And the computer is, of course, extremely slow anyway, though my father manage to read his news and sometime Skype with me. I will buy him a new computer when we can, but for now I kindly ask for your assistance: please try to help me, I am lost and clueless and don’t know how to help him. If I will download a disk of WIN7 SP1 Ultimate, will it help? Any other ideas?
I am so desperate, please help us!!
    Thank you so very much,
    Iyan Eisinberg

    Welcome to the Forum.

Fist test your disk. Open Explorer, right click on drive C: - Properties - Tools tab - Error checking - Check Now - Start
Schedule to the next start. Reboot.
    Pay attention on the results.

If your disk is ok, I will suggest you to perform a clean install of Windows.
