Windows 7: How to temporarily get permission from, or as, a Trusted Installer?

I've taken wav sounds from many places--my own games, sound websites... I have one that sounds like an operator saying you've reached the wrong number, another saying 911 is no longer in service; the intro to "The "Twilight Zone"...etc.
