Save/Open Dialog-boxes, remembering "SIZE" & "POSITION"

I have some programs I would like to have there save/open dialog boxes remember
- SIZE
- POSITION

Namely:
Firefox,
because I download program updates and export/HTML my FF bookmarks for a use in Firefox as a single scrolling list for quick update checks... frequently... it seems to remember it for a single session but forgets after Firefox is restarted or closed and opened later...
