This has happened to me several times; try dragging the item to the trash desktop icon. Do not have one, create one
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, and then click Change desktop icons.
Click to select the Recycle Bin check box, and then click OK.
Is there any command-line solution?
Unlocker's easier. It resides in the right-click menu. If it can't delete, it will do it during the next reboot.
I'm wondering why you have a folder with drivers on your desktop. Is it a backup for a system drivers folder?
