Annoying boot mesage

    A nice little video and thanks David

    Brian this was a clean install and apart from getting the LAN driver off the Asus disk I used it for nothing.

    I might give that a try because it is so annoying apart from my broadband at the moment being so slow it took three goes at viewing the video

    Ya but you used the Asus disc so, If you still get the message, put the disc in there reboot and see what happens.

    As you can clearly see at the top of the pop up windows it says "AsusSetup"

    Hi,
    You should be able to use task scheduler.
    Once there expand task scheduler library and open the asus folder and delete any existing tasks it shows will probably get rid of the popup message.

    Ok went into there an deleted the only Asus feature listed and it looked to be a bit like the error listed in that message. ( I did get the pop up on this boot)

    Shut down and powered up again and no message will try it once more just to make sure.

    Edit: Ok Mike that seems to have done the trick thanks mate what the service was heaven know but the machine is running as good as ever:)
