    W7 has its own built in zip function

    Right click on the file (you need to Zip) >> send to >> compressed zipped folder.

    for outlook the best course of action would be to reset the Internet Explorer settings

    or better still use the fix it from Microsoft itself https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ing-in-outlook

    This should resolve the outlook issue

    I didn't find anything suspicious in your logs.
    >Restart your computer, run "Rkill" and paste the log in your answer.
    >Also, I need a screenshot of your Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library.
    When the scam message firstly appeared, on which browser you was? What is your default browser?

    hi mike
    TRY to scan ur pc with ROGUEKILLER and ADWcleaner.. see any suspicious files and if found, DELETE It immediately (DONT LEFT IT INSIDE DE QUARANTINE area)

    - AFTER that, UNinstall ALL ur antivirus programmes as well as any FIREWALL programmes. reinstate it later on!
    - uninstall ALL de third party's browsers as well..de procudure would be de same like above as well (manually clean its folders!)
    - RESET IE browsers setting and delete its PROFILES as well.. and reset it back to DEFAULT value as well
    - install TWEAKNOW POWERPACK, go to - windows core - MAKE SURE UNLOAD ALL "DLL" memory and reboot! (rekco apps)
    - bat file delete command line for PREFETCH and TEMP folders as follows, RUN IT IN ADMISNISTRATOR MODE!

    PS: make sure after deleting all de security programmes, PLZ manually delete its RELATED folders or registry as well!

    INSTALL programmes such as CCLEANER, GLARY UTILIES, CLEAN MASTER, clean ur pc with ALL de available tools provides by de recommended sources (developers), THIS U HAVE TO MAKE SURE U DONE ALL DE STEP BEFORE U PROCEED WITH "REFRESH WINDOWS" and thats it!

    PS: "refresh windows" means INSTALLING NEW REFRESHED OS while having ALL ur installed APPS AND GAMES inside ur pc! AFTER U HAVE DONE ALL DE ABOVE STEP, LAST PART.. REFRESH UR WINDOWS OS!

    follows this steps!
    - insert ur WINDOWS OS at windows environments mode and follows it refreshment steps!. thats all!
