Why am I needing to re-activate Windows 7 Home Home Premium 64 bit?

On 8/18/2017, I activated windows successfully. However, this morning (8/24/2017) I open my notebook to a balloon at the Notification Area saying "Activate Windows now".

Why would I be seeing this message if Windows has already been activated only 7 days ago?

What all can I do to find the culprit(s) and prevent this from "resetting" my Windows to a "not activated" status?

It ask for reactivation if you have changed any hardware.
Did you updated your BIOS or disabled the Wlan or Lan on BIOS?
