Downgrading you graphics card may not be enough. Your absolute best bet in this matter would be to get a new power supply as mentioned by the other posters.
Looking at your system specs, I'd say you need to look for a 650W (or better) PSU with the following connectors:
- 20+4 Pin Motherboard
- 4 Pin CPU Auxilliary (some PSU's have 4+4)
- 4 SATA Connectors
- 6 Pin PCI-Express (You might need 2 of these, depending on your graphics card). Some PSUs have 2 PCI-E power connectors that each have an additional 2 pins for 8 pin conversion.
- 4 Molex "D-Sub" Connectors (Optional if all your drives are SATA)
