Saw suggested Vista fix, need corresponding Win 7 registry keys

I am having the problem described here:

and would like to attempt this fix with Win 7 registry keys. Could someone attached their working registry sub-keys?

Alternately, perhaps someone could refer me to an equivalent discussion and/or fix on the Win 7 forums.
