Problem with displaying filenames containing RTL language in Windows 7


Please consider the following text (Correct view from right to left):

But when i use this text for a filename, windows 7 explorer display it in a different way:

I have this problem for all filenames like this one in my computer.

How can i change this behavior?

Linux Mint 18.2 xfce 64-bit (VMWare host) / Windows 8.1 Pro 32-bit (VMWare guest)

My guess is that you have English as the default language in Windows, yet your default country is an Arabic-speaking country. Or maybe you have Arabic as the default language in Windows, and your default country is United States (or another English-speaking country). In other words, Windows is shifting things around, because the default country handles it one way, whereas the default language handles it the other way.

Try either switching the country or the language (but not both), to see if that solves it.

I try both configs but no change!
But i find a trick to solve this problem
when I put U+202B character at the beginning of filename everything looks Better except file extension (.pdf)!
But this trick is not easy because each time I should open Character Map program, find and copy U+202B and paste it filename.

Is there any easier and better way to do this?
