Change "Type" Column Description For Folders In Windows Explorer

I used a program called "Default Program Editor" to change the descriptions of certain file types in Windows Explorer that are displayed in the "Type" Column.
Worked pretty well, unfortunately Windows uses this description in other locations, so if you change a description it does not just apply to the "Type" Column. For example if you right click a blank area within your Windows Explorer to call up the context menu and you go into the "New" cascading context menu, the descriptions will change here as well for all your "New" items.

Anyways that is not why I am here, I was wondering if there is a way to change the "Type" column description for FOLDERS? Currently the description reads "File folder", can this be changed?
I did not see a way of finding Folders in "Default Program Editor" does anyone know of a regedit to alter this description?

    Thank You

Oh man, I thought this would have been an easy fix.
