    can't remember password - want to get past blue screen so i can change


    I have a Blue Screen on my Dell All-in-one computer and i want to get past it and change it but i can't. any ideas?

    Evidently, you don't know, that it's FORBIDDEN to tell you how to bypass a Windows user's password. (on this forum, and most other PC Help Forums)

    Take your PC to a PC Repair center and be prepared to prove that you own the PC. Any decent PC tech can get you past the password so you can either change it or remove it all-together.

    I could do it, but again, you'd have to prove to me that it's YOUR PC, and not one that's stolen, etc.

    Thank you i will do that. I also am going to go to the Microsoft Store and get a windows 10 usb so that i can upgrade it. I did look for local computer repairs around Bethesda. I took pictures of tags and the product number, it wasn't easy to do since it was slightly dark but i manage to get a good picture of them.
