Security Alert / Certificate Popping up

1) Can some one tell me what this popup is about, what worries me is that it says something about a remote computer as if someone is trying to connect / hack into my computer?

2) Also is it a security issue to have posted this image?

3) I also got worried because i noticed that it says that my work group is "WORKGROUP" even though I have never intended to be part of any group to share files, printers, network connections etc

4) So why has this happened and how do i have the most secure/private settings for this?

Thanks

Hi Winningwith7,

they are a valid issuing authority, Its possible the data within it has become corrupt so i'd plump for a restore

Control Panel >> internet Options >> Advanced tab....restore advanced settings

note i believe its used to connect to any andriod device.
