Recovery Drive D is Full - Need Fix

Recovery D shows 6.23 GB free of 13.6 GB; OSDisk C shows 81.3 GB free of 135 GB. But Red Line to the max. I am on a Dell 6430 using Win 7 Pro. How do I fix this annoying problem?
