Microsoft .NET service not longer start after update.

after today Win 7 64 bit updates, Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319_X86 service (mscorsvw.exe) no longer start. If I tried manualy run this service, this service is immediately stopped. Only my 64 bit service running. What is wrong? Before update both services running. Thank you
