How I change profile user name without format or lose data ?

Sorry bad english I am from Brazil

I begin recently to be fascinated by japanese games, however to install and run japanes games I need to change Unicode setting to Japanese, but, the bad news that my user profile folder is named "Fábio" and because of this latin character, my user profile folder became inaccessible, however, windows 7 is sufficient smart to make a new user folder profile named "Fabio" and then all data from my japanese games are saved in this new folder instead of the old folder with the Latin character.

However, when I am running in japanese unicode several software stop running, like Irfanview, adobe photoshop and, worse, the software that I sue the most, Firefox, because those softwares insist in to load data from the old folder "Fábio" instead of the new folder "Fabio"

exist any way of to rename this folder "Fábio" to "Fabio" or to create a new profile and move all my settings from "Fábio" to the new user ? I am now more than 5 years without format my PC and have so much data in my PC, I not have time and patience to format my PC and install everything again, specially because I use also my PC to work, I work with Vinil Cutter and my Vinill cutter requires Brazilian unicode to work, then, my life is like this: when I am working I am in unicode brazilian, and when I want to have fun playing games I change the unicode to Japanese.

Thank you very much, I hope someone can help me.
