I disabled media features in my windows 7 pc.Does it affect my system?

Windows 10 Pro. 64/ version 1709 Windows 7 Pro/64

Turning Windows features on or off as you state in your post #3 should not hurt anything. It does as it states, turns them on or off. It does not remove them.
You can always change your setting later if you choose to.
