Thanks to Layback Bear and MSClin, I can now cut/paste and copy/paste between my computer and USB drives. When I was unable to uninstall MyWinlocker I ran Autoruns and unchecked all MyWinlocker entries and restarted my computer. Following the restart I was able to cut/paste and copy/paste to and from my USB flash drives. Then I ran Revo Uninstaller 2.0.4 Portable from a flash drive to remove MyWinlocker. Revo encountered an error 1722 and stopped the uninstall, but I ran the post uninstall Scan and selected all the items found in both the register and programx86 folders and deleted them. Now my computer is indeed free of MyWinlocker!
The version of Revo that I ran 2.0.4 Portable seems to be a first class uninstaller. It even created a system restore point before it tried to uninstall the problem program.
Thanks again for the assistance! I consider this problem SOLVED.

Glad to here things worked out for you.

Many times during your computer endeavors you will find programs like MyWinlocker that just don't work with your system. We all do. Now you know some methods that will help you remove them. Their are more methods not posted. I like to start with methods that are simple.

Now that your system is fixed, I suggest hanging around and read lots of post and cures for problems others have. It's a learning experience.
At the top of every page their is a Tutorial Section with a mass of information and help.
    Great reading.

    Happy computing

I would be remiss if I didn't thank Freebooter for recommending Revo Uninstaller. As I said, it worked very well even though it encountered a hard error. Thanks again to all for your help!
