Unable to open/move/delete files after installing Windows7

So originally my computer had Windows 10 but it started to behave weird (slow) . So i decided to give a try after years to Windows 7 . Problem is, I was only able to recover some files from Windows.old folder (specially the ones within folders ) but alone files and most of exes and packed ones, just became impossible to view or move (or delete) . I tried talking owner of individual files (didn't work) and parent folder with inherit permissions ( didn't work either) . So those files (the one that I have access and the other kind) were all together before installing Windows 7 . And they always worked great. Tried Unlocker software (it has worked in the past) but just couldn't access the file. Same for SetACL Studio and PowerTool (wich usually get full access to anything)

The only thing I may have fckd up is a folder I deleted called "Hardlink ..." something. It was created one day with Windows 10. It contained ( I guess) a copy of some of my files. It was resident in C: root and the files where like random but from one folder (take as example, part of my "program files" folder.

Now, any time I try to delete (or do whatever) with an affected file I get en error code

So. More info: Easus partition wizard was unable to even see the files.

Well , did I just miss my files ? What do you think ?
