Thanks for useful information.
However, in that article the heading is about Windows 7-8 while the two utilities they link are about Windows 10 and I couldn't find any information regarding compatibility with Windows 7.
Most of their suggestions were already set by sneaking in the task scheduler, services and auto updates also I'm using SpyBot Anti-Beacon in the aim of limiting M&crosoft abusing my privacy.

I'm not sure about error reporting. I know that originally it was designed to not send anything if you hadn't agreed to the customer experience improvement program. That's not RADAR specific, but it was supposed to be making that check before sending data to MS. Of course, anything can change with a simple update. It sucks feeling like your OS manufacturer doesn't respect your privacy and may at any time act against your interests, but that's where we are. I just do the best I can for peace of mind and whenever possible I prefer to rip out or disable problematic features rather than rely on the OS to respect a preference.

Some time ago, I emptied and deleted several folders; but like zombies, they come back. I can delete them, but they return, time and time again. How do I get rid of those folders, permanently? The attached screenshot shows the list, the light blue names indicating the empty folders.

Are you guys sending feedback to microsoft?
It is very important that you do so, blue screen errors, bugs, failures etc.. we have to make sure that everything works fine for the RTM version, The less buggier the better, so please don't forget to send feedback to Microsoft if you have a problem :);)
