    Hi
    @Barman
    The 10 day reverse option appears to have been DISCONTINUED
    Edwin on W10 tried and was refused
    (note he produced screenshots to back it up)

    Thanks Roy

    That's a shame and a bit of a surprise, with Microsoft's aim to get everyone to upgrade to Ten as soon as possible, to simplify support and reduce support costs, the roll back option would be more likely to see people give the upgrade a try

    It's not surprising to me that Microsoft has decided that Windows 10 has been free for a long time and now it's good enough at this time to sell Window 10.
    Now, is Windows 10 good enough to buy. I think/know so. I bough it about 2 weeks ago and after a little getting use to, it's worth the money.

    I don't know how long the free upgrade has been available, but I'm thinking it's been over a year.
    Sooner of later the candy store stops giving out free candy.

    Wife has an HP forget the model Pavilion maybe, but good at the time and when we tried W10 it didn't support the video driver so it ran in safe mode or something similar. You could not use the screen. We dumped it the same evening. I didn't even try it on myW7 AMD Athlon, I'm not enamored with the cloud and all that other self downloading it does. I like to be in control of my stuff, not leave it to MS, much less google. I'd rather NSA saw what I'm doing, at least they don't sell it.
