Any suggestions how to bulk swap file creation date to modified date, if modified date is earlier then creation date?
Any 3rd party software perhaps?
This present mess is result of Windows 7 date misinterpretation, when copying files between drives.
Now many image files have lost original creation date or modified date is swapped with creation date.

Didn't understand what you mean with bulk swap file.
In Explorer you can right click on a column and add or modify the view.
It's a well known MS absurdity, when copying file to other disk is handled as creation of new file.
Problem is when there is huge amount of archive files: docs, jpg, mp4 and etc which have creation date replaced with modified date during copy from one disk to another. As a result files have modified date earlier then creation date.
This can be fixed with some utility capable to swap these dates and provide constant fix .
Worst case is when there has been already more then one copy by MS understanding, then original creation date is lost and can't be restored.
Still searching fix to the problem that documents and multimedia files have lost they creation date during Windows back up copy to other drive.
Many of these still have correct modified date and so creation date is possible to restore.
The problem is global.
I'm pretty sure there are some utilities capable to compare modified and creation date and if last is later, then swap dates.
