You've already lost a lot of time trying to fix this issue.
My suggestion is to do a Repair install. It will reinstall windows and keep your data and programs.

For the updates use the offline SP2 and Security only updates

well that made for intreresting reading.
most especially you appear to be running a non-genuine OS, theres an activation exploit showing.
The W7 Iso was downloaded from a russian torrent site, if this included the exploit then i suggest you get hold of another copy, ands if the exploit was included what else was!!!!.
As this forum does not support piracy, Rule 4- no further help can br provided until a genuine product is in use .
