There was a program for this for windows xp i think it was called windows steady state or something? not sure if it works on windows 7
Then you want to change permissions for each folder or partition. Permissions - Allow or Deny Users and Groups tutorial recommends creating a restore point before you apply changes.
You have three options
- Use the guest account as described
- Set the file/folder permissions
- Find a commercial alternative to the Windows Steady State Application (this is a system used in may public spaces, Coffee Shops, Public libraries Etc so many are available)
there is a fourth option which would be to pay a professional to do the work for you.
For a personal project time is an essential to success there is no magic bullet solution
