No start-up tab in task manager

There is no start up tab in task manager. When I do the win+R and shell:startup The only item there is dropbox. The computer is starting as it should so I am kind of confused.
There are multiple drives on the system.

Hi congaman59, Have you tried from the start menu, type msconfig in the search box, enter and then you
should have the startup tab, hope this helps.
