Visual studio is default action for folder. How do I change it?

Every time I double-click on any folder, it opens in Visual Studio 2017. It is because Visual Studio is set as default for opening folders.
I've tried Default Program in control panel which didn't help me.
How do I open a folder normally upon double-click?

Hello ancientshadow, and welcome to Seven Forums. :)

If you like, you might see if downloading and merging the .reg files for the listed Directory and folder items in the tutorial below may help. It will restore the default associations for these items.

"Default_Folder.reg" didn't work but either "Default_Directory.reg" did, or "Defaul_library-ms.reg" did.
Can you please tell me which one among these did?
    Thank You.

    You're most welcome. :)

It was most likely the Directory one then.
