    Laptop overheating- Help required

    Hi,
I have a laptop with Intel core i5-7500 which was working good but now it became sluggish. Every time i run application or browse using chrome it get slower. Last night i was watching movie on laptop when i noticed that it's fans are running constantly in unusual sound. I asked my friends about this problem but their opinions were different. One of my friend told me that my laptop is overheating but it is not clear to me what actually is
    the cause.
Can you tell me what is happening to my laptop.

Laptops tend to run warmer than a desktop and have less cooling power. The cooling fan is designed to be quiet.

Use a free temperature monitoring program such as the free HWMONITOR

May need dust cleaned out. Check with your PC vendor to see if they have instructions on cleaning or disassembling so it can be cleaned (but be very careful cleaning).

Please give us ALL the hardware specs (Brand and model, memory etc) and software running on the background.
As it is a Kaby Lake laptop it came with Win 10, right?
As it's new, don't believe it need dust cleaned out.
As fireberd suggested, run a hardware monitor to check temperatures and used memory.
My suggestion is Downloads - Open Hardware Monitor

But why laptop run warmer than desktop even they have cooling system. In my case, my laptop is not old enough to disseminate heat.

Yes, there is a lot of sites, specially music and software pirate sites, that you may get infected with virus and malware.
But you may trust those we recommended.
    https://www.hwinfo.com/files/hwi_572.zip is very powerful.
My suggestion is Downloads - Open Hardware Monitor

As you have win 10, next time post at Windows 10 Help Forums

Desktops have lots of empty space and big fans, which allows for more airflow.

Laptops have no empty space and small fans.

Here is a picture of a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E430 internals:
