"Item Not Found" error when creating files/folders

    The error occurs on other USB drives also. For example, the G: drive shown (SD) also gives the same error. It is formatted as FAT. The strange thing is that both the USB flash and the SD drives (F: & G: ) work perfectly on another PC. I tried plugging some other USB flash drives also and all of them give the same error on this particular PC.

    Open Device manager to see if there is any yellow alert or missing driver.

Hello, I just made an account here because this bug is seriously bugging me. It shows up whenever I move or create any new files/folders. I have googled the registry fix and that doesn't seem to be working. Is there any other known fix? P.S. There is nothing wrong with Waterfox.

Hello All, Everytime I want to create / move a folder I get the same error even after a fresh install: "Screenshot in Dutch" http://i.imgur.com/eriHx.png I got 2 Disks in my Laptop: 1) SSD Vertex 2 2) WD Caviar Black The problem occurs on both of them:
