How do I repair corrupt Win 7

My Dell desktop came with win7 Home Premium 64 bit installed.
    Getting lots of errors everywhere.
1 will not install update KB4074598 even with stand alone Error 80073712
2 Keeps trying to do a Win 10 update and fails Error 80004004-40019
3 Task Scheduler saying for most things "the task image is corrupt or has been tampered with"
    4 SFC found and couldn't repair urlmon.dll and sqmapi.dll and iertutil.dll
5 tried to get win 10 out of GPEditor but says GPEditor doesn't exist

I have Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit Upgrade disk with SP1
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit full program disk with SP1
    What, if anything would work?

    Hi BagelAnne,

A few solutions to your problem:

    First:

    Run System Update Readiness Tool?

    Attach only CheckSUR.log

    Location: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

If you have the software AND install keys for all of the software you have installed, and if you have the install key for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, you could copy off all of your data from the computer, do a clean install of Windows, reinstall all of your software, then copy your data back to the computer. This is "major surgery", but you will end up with a clean install of Windows 7.

A variation on the above is to remove your hard drive, install a new hard drive or an SSD, and do a clean install of Windows on the new drive. Your current hard drive is probably many years old, so this would give you a newer, faster, bigger hard drive than what you currently have. Also, your old drive would still have everything on it, so it would be an easy matter to plug it in if needed to get something off of it.

Your Dell desktop came with win7 Home Premium 64 bit installed. Did you upgraded to Win 10?

    You have two options:
    - Make a backup of your data and do a Factory recover. It will format your C: drive and load a disk image from the recovery partition. You will end with a computer as it came from Dell. You will need to reinstall all programs and updates.
    - You can do a Repair install using your Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit Upgrade disk with SP1. Repair Install - Windows 7 Help Forums
You run Win 7 installation setup from running windows. You will have to provide the Key that is on the COA sticker on the side of your desktop. It will reinstall Win 7 keeping your data and programs. You will have to install all updates.

    Ultimate iso available.
    TechBench

All editions ( pro, home premium, etc ) can be made available from any windows 7 iso - either by removing the ei.cfg file from the sources folder, or by using
    eicfg_removal_utility.zip
