Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"license.rtf"

Computer started taking a long to to start up (the black screen with cursor problem) and after it starts the cursor constantly gets the blue wheel popping up. In trying to trouble shoot I ran SFC and found the following errors which I can't figure out how to fix. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Forum.

I see you have an Enterprise license.
You should contact the IT and do a Repair Install - Windows 7 Help Forums
It will reinstall Windows and keep your data and programs.

For the updates use the offline SP2 and the security only updates. MS releases SP2 for Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums

Thank you! My computer is from Dell, bought it in 2015 direct from them. Not part of an enterprise purchase.

In doing more troubleshooting, I've found I don't seem to have problems in safe mode, although running sfc I still get the same messages from initial post, but no blue circle. Also found that while most malware scans are clean, only Emisisoft shows two registry suspicious files, "Backdoor.Bedep" in HKEY_USERS and in HK_LOCAL MACHINE (they do seem to be related to each other sharing "CLSID/{F6BF8414...}", but Bitdefender, Malawarebytes, Trend Micro, Hitman all come up clean. (Can't remove either file by the way). Lastly, in looking at boot log, there are a ton of driver errors such as "PFRO Error: \??\C:\Windows\system32, |delete operation|, 0xc0000101". Oh, and a big clue is I found in standard boot mode, if I shut down the "nvcontainer.exe *32" file the blue circle goes away. I've updated NVIDIA drivers and windows update shows no outstanding updates.

I know its a lot of seemingly not connected data, but hoping that one of these things give away a solution before I reinstall windows. Thanks again.

As you have a legit Win 7 pro and you suspect of malware, I would do a Factory Recover.

A Factory Recover will format the C: drive and load a partition image from the recovery partition.

I know, it's a hard task. But it's the best solution.
- Backup your data on an external disk.
- Launch Factory Recover from running windows or from BIOS.
- Install the updates. Use the SP2 offline updates and the security only updates. MS releases SP2 for Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums
- Reinstall all your programs.
- Restore your data.
