Startup Repair taking too long

some time ago, i had some problems with my hard drive, i couldnīt access to some folders and stuff.
One day, my pc automaticly started the Startup Repair, saying that it could take more than a hour, and that was right, this happened on December and doesnīt matter how many hours i leave it working, it never ends.
Anyone knows what can i do? I have been reading about some solutions using cds or dvds, but my pcīs cd drive broke, so nothing have worked so far.

Welcome to the forum. Have you got a usbdrive to boot win7 from? The first job would be to check the hd for errors as that may stop the repair
