NTFS convert directory junctions to (relative) directory symlinks?

I have some filesystems with a lot of directory junctions from XP. These behave as absolute symlinks, but it is more useful to have relative symlinks. Therefore, I would like a way to convert all the directory junctions in a volume to relative symlinks. Theoretically I can write a script to do that, but I'd rather not. Anyone know of an easy way to do it, or have a script or prog that already does it?

Thanks.
