Are there things you should not do while Task Manager is open?

    You can change the bitdefender settings if you own an Paid version. I have kept mine to auto update at 12hour interval but I update it when I'm sitting idle (default setting on BD is 1hr if I remember correctly). FF doesn't update often. They release an update once every 15 or 30 days (just an example), while the addons depend on the developers.

    In short its not an issue if you've security related softwares updating regularly its good for your system.

    I do not go to the bathroom unless I first close the Task Manager.
