How do I clear the cache?

I'm having problems with some programmes not loading photographs. Advice from the programme is to clear the cache, but I can't locate it on win7
I use google chrome for the browser.

Hi My Thumbnail Cache In The Windows 7 64Bit SP1 Is Reset automatically And It Driving Me Crazy. What Can I Do ? It Started One Month Ago I Never Had This Problem ! I Open All My Files And Everything Is Ok , After 1 Hour Everything Is Reset And I Need To Load All The Files Again !
