How do you create headings that you can insert between sections of slides?

It depends what software your using and if your creating a movie from slides which give you more options like sound, overlays you can do that with Windows movie maker

Slides displaying off-center
The slides on the Slide Show gadget are being displayed offset about 10% to the left and 10% up. Thus, portions of the slides don't display at all. This (mis)behavior started recently. Any help will be appreciated.
