Weird Chinese Entries In My Registry

I went into my registry to look at something. I have these odd Chinese entries in there. I have Avast and run malwarebytes. I just don't like it. Should I just delete them. I have attached a screen print. Thank you!

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit sp1

This Microsoft website might help you even though it's for Windows 10. However, the last post mentions using Avast as a possible cause & I see you have run a scan using Avast.

Ive got very strange HKEY_USER registry keys.

There is link from the above website that refers to Windows 7 & it is listed below. It also mentions in the last post that deleting those characters did not cause any problems. However, do be sure to back up the Registry before making any changes.
