    looks like I should clean everything, I'm just in shock being I have always used an Anti-virus.



    just crazy stuff.

    If your trying to connect using Nordvpn
    its dissabled in a couple of places

    Can you confirm you deleted all those it normally does it on reboot and produces a lot to show what's been removed what about online scan what did that find?

    Hi,

    I posted the scan results about 10 hours ago, I haven't deleted anything yet.

    About nornvpn I uninstalled it a few days ago along with the free Microsoft antivirus software. Just uninstalled anything I could think would cause the problem.

    What are my next steps.

    Not a clean windows install I'm hoping.

    Delete all the virus as thay can still activate while on your system

    sfc/scannow



    let ti check for any faults

    I ran the scan and it said it fixed the missing/corrupt files. I wasn't able to find the log file to what it fixed.



    I did a rest and nothing has changed in getting the theme back to normal

    You say nothing has changed in getting the theme back to normal what is the problem with theme?
