    It's just another illegal cracked version of windows it will be around for a little while then disappear like the others - even if they give it away they are not licensed Microsoft distributors so the courts would eat them alive as a free version of a legitimate registered product breaks an awful lot of Laws and financial regulations and denies the actual owner of the product a potential sale so is as good as theft

    It never fails, that any mention of a new version of any OS, always brings the Licensing Police out of the woodwork. That's NOT what this thread is all about.

    I just like experimenting with different OS's, and seeing how they work and how they vary, it's my Hobby.

    I did some Ducking (don't use Google). All the sites I looked at were on the shady side, not professional at all, as in phishing, malware etc.

    https://megatechsofts.blogspot.com/2...5-for-low.html
    Softwares included :
    • COMODO Internet Security
    • K-Lite Codec Pack Full (Replaced Windows Media player)
    • Skype
    • iObit Advanced Systemcare Pro
    • All Microsoft visual c++ redistributable (2005 till 2013)
    Loader (Silent Activation)
    Doesn't that mean that it is cracked and therefore illegal? Did it prompt you to enter in a license key?

    Cheers Mates!
    But don't you think that's understandable? I mean, when folks see a person hacking a licensed OS the immediate response is most likely that its an unauthorized action. Especially when that unauthorized version is offered to another.

    When folks see a person breaking into a car they don't think "Hey that's a nice, clean, elegant, break in by that guy practicing his hobby." They usually think "Hey, that's illegal."

    And besides, this IS a Windows 7 forum after all. What did you expect?

    I'd imagine that anyone who can mod Windows 7 could easily insert a hidden keylogger, or other such malware to steal your data.

    Caveat emptor ...
