    Window 7 . Please help..when cold start will not start


    Win 7 each time I start from overnight shut down Computer will not start correctly and use system repair and then offer System restore..then works



    Any idea

    This Forum tutorial explains how to run a hard drive scan for damaged or corrupted files, which are likely to be causing your starting problems.

    SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot - Windows 7 Help Forums

    If the scan does not find any problems you could then run Start up Repair which should correct any Boot Configuration Data.
