Can not shutdown Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

    Can not shutdown Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.


    Windows 7 ultimate 64bit restarts; when I click on shutdown in start menu..I thought of using cmd line to shut down..I open cmd as administrative and typed "shutdown"& pressed enter..it gave these details that i have posted here..can someone help..i dont know how to read these..what it means if planned and unplanned..

    And I found a unknown device? under other devices in device manager..
    Heres details--

    Thought it to be a heat problem so I ran Speccy

    Type shutdown /? to see the options.
    I have a shortcut with this cmd line to shutdown immediately:
    C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /p

    For the unknown device, right click - properties - Details tab - Hardware ID's
    Put the mouse on fist string - right click - copy
    Paste the string here. It's similar to PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_001A&SUBSYS_2052168C&REV_01
