Found help here, at HP ProBook 470 G0. Click on link "How To", then select from Featured Content, "Creating Recovery Disks or Saving a Recovery Image to USB Flash Drive".
There may be a website in Czech, I do not know this.

If you need a new .iso of Windows 7, then it is now only available from Heidoc.net

The Product Key should appear on the COA (Certificate of Authority) that appears on the back of the Notebook. It should look like this HP Notebook.

If the COA sticker is damaged and is unreadable, then read this article instead 2nd Location of COA on HP Laptops

Did you buy the Laptop as new or used / refurbished?
Lets see if you have a Recovery partition. Open disk management (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc)
Expand the window an with sniping tool take a snapshot. Save it to your disk.
On the top right replay window click on the paper clip. Browse to the saved file - upload

I did buy laptop as new without system - my brother installed spare windows that he got - but one of the key on keyboard didnt work so i returned it and they resend it back - i dont know if they repaired it or (and i think it is more possible) they send another laptop with W7 already installed

    Jednoduchý - easy
    Základní - basic
    V pořádku - okay

The Laptop doesn't have a Recovery partition as the OS was installed by your brother.
And it has no COA sticker.
Call your brother and ask for the Win 7 installation disk.

It looksl ike it was Intel graphic drivers, AMD drivers and windows update - when i uninstalled drivers on AMD it immediately reinstalled, when i blocked it, uninstalled both drivers, restart, installed AMD, restart, installed Intel graph drivers, restart and it looks likee it is shutting down without problem - well, thee is a bit problem with AMD, it sometimes show error - but if it occur i will screenshot and propably open new thread?
