how to disable force restart when rebooting?

How do i disable that force restart popup when rebooting? it says something running in the background sometimes, is there a way to just make it automatically force restart instead of it having that annoying popup?

That message is a way to give programs a change to close gracefully and possibly save you lost data. The only work around that I know of is to close everything before a reboot or shutdown. Forceful shutdowns without closing the programs isn't good for the programs and might result in damaged files.

So what are you going to do if you start losing your files or have programs corrupted? What if Windows starts blue screening? Just take the extra time to close your programs. It'll save a lot of headache later. Are You Restarting Your Computer the Right Way?

Just before you shut down, Right click on the Task Bar & select Start Task Manager, then select the Processes tab & see what is actually running. This should give you an idea of the program that is causing the problem.

Some programs do take a while to close if there is a lot of data to update.

Do you have a lot of programs that load when you start the computer. Removing a lot of unnecessary starting programs also speeds up starting & if you need them later you can start them then & if you don't need them then they will not delay shutting down.
