Tile all the open folders on desktop

I remember the old days (maybe XP or 2K) that you could tile all the open windows so you can see all the folders in one view. Is there a similar function for Windows 7 or 10? If not, is there a program provides that functionality?

    Thanks,

    Hello wfz,

You could press Ctrl+Alt+Tab to see your open items in Flip 2D.

    Flip 2D Shortcut Program

You could press Ctrl+Win+Tab to see your open items in Flip 3D.

Thanks for the suggestion and links. I tried but I didn't see an option to unlock from properties of the application. My UAC is set to always notify me when: programs try to install software or make changes to my computer, I make changes to windows setting. I don't have any other options. This is a highly secured company computer.

Do you mean to unblock a file like below??

Open File - Security Warning : Unblock File

If so, that is unrelated to UAC.
